Where to find invoices and how a refund works.
Invoices
You find all invoices and credit notes as PDFs under Settings → Account & data → Purchases and invoices.
Withdrawal
Before paying, you agree that we start the service immediately. What this means for your right of withdrawal is explained in the withdrawal information.
Refund
If something goes wrong on our side during submission, contact support. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
