Read the message
You see the ELSTER message at the "File" step. Usually an answer is missing or has the wrong format, for example the tax number.
Correct and send again
Correct the answer in the questionnaire and submit again. You do not have to pay again.
Unclear message
If you do not understand the message, write to us with a screenshot without personal data. We will help you.
